Amanda and I, in our endeavors to infiltrate the world wide web, have shops on Etsy, Handmadeartists, and Zibbet. So once a week I will be featuring an artist from each site, Etsy on Monday, Handmadeartist on Wednesday, and Zibbet on Friday. Yes, I know today is Saturday, but Owen spent the whole day yesterday with us, and when Owen is here, nothing else matters. Ahhhh, I love grandkids. :~)
This weeks Zibbet artist is Karen Praul and her Zibbet shop, Clicks by Karen.
Karen is the self-designated photographer in her family so you won't see her in any pictures. But let's take a look at the wonderful photographs she has listed in her shop.
I love the title Karen gave this photo, "Peace". It's a 5x7 shot of a white cross that stands proudly in the harbor of Charleston, SC, commemorating the losses of soldiers' lives at Ft. Sumter. Chuck was stationed in Charleston during his stint in the U.S. Navy. Just thought I would add that little tidbit. :~)
The price for the photo is only $8, un-matted and un-framed.
I love the color of these orange dragon day lilies against the green foliage in the background. This picture was taken in a park in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. One of my favorite vacation spots. We'll be heading that way at the end of the month. I can't wait. I wonder if I can find the park Karen visited when she got this shot.
This last photograph is my favorite from Karen's shop. She titled it "comfortable silence". That would be Chuck and I in about 20 years. Ah, who am I kidding, that's us now. hahaha. All of Karen's photos come un-matted and un-framed, and are professionally printed without the water mark. So rush on over to Clicks by Karen and see all of the wonderful scenes she has to offer. She also has a blog where you can read up on her photography adventures, twitter for instant information, a facebook page, Stumbleupon, Google+, Tubmlr, and of course, the newest social website, Pinterest. So there, is now no excuse for you to say you never heard of Clicks by Karen, LOL. Have a great weekend everyone.
Be blessed,
Debbi
