Today when I was playing with him, he clearly called me Nana. It brought tears to my eyes. All my other grandchildren called me gramma, which I've always loved, and we started out telling Owen I was gramma. But while in NY visiting with family I told Mandy that I think I might like to be Nana. (My mom was always called Nana). And today, when he called me Nana, it felt really good. Now all I need is a new granddaughter, hahaha.

Nana, I'm loving it!
Well, Mandy and family have been home for about 2 weeks, and after some schedualing shuffling, and giving up a somewhat clean house, things are going well. Yesterday, Owen was running from one end of the house to the other. I was taking pictures of a new item, and thought I would video Owen in mid-stride. When he saw the camera, he stopped, sat in his chair and waved. I guess he's likes having his picture taken, hahahaToday when I was playing with him, he clearly called me Nana.
