I enjoy vacations, but usually not the long drives. The only good part of the 12 hour trip is all the crocheting I get done. A doll dress, the start of a summer top, and 3 washcloths. Do you like these colors? And please excuse the photo quality. Blogging and taking pictures with a phone while hubby is doing 70 mph is not easy. Hahaha.

Fun colors. I have never been very good at knitting in the car. Maybe crochet would be easier; I think I'll try it on the next road trip.
Give me enough room and I'll try it. I even managed to crochet a scarf while traveling on the back of a motocycle.

Am back, beginning to pick up my life again. Daughter's knee is healing nicely, thank God: other daughter, made redundant, is looking forward to starting her new business with her severance package to help! Me? Well, I'm setting out in new directions too.
