we were having an issue where they all stopped laying so I did a little reasearch and found this social site for chicken lovers... backyardchickens.com that's where I found out that chickens need high protien to lay, and not all feed has enough protien. they all talked about adding protien, with meat. I don't give it to them every day. Debbi
